本文运用基于最小二乘原理的曲面拟合法,对长壁工作面围岩随时间而产生的变形对支架增阻特征的影响进行了研究,并为解算曲面拟合方程中的未知参数编制了通用的FORTRAN语言计算机程序CREEPFIT。根据对某矿实测资料的计算表明,工作面围岩随时间的变形对支架增阻量有不可忽视的影响。在观测工作面的煤层地质条件和开采技术条件下,如一个采煤循环的持续时间不超过3h,围岩随时间的变形造成的支架增阻量达100t左右。这一研究结果为支架力学参数的设计及支架吨位的选取具有重要的参考价值。
In this paper, the influence of deformation caused by the deformation of the surrounding rock of longwall face on the drag reduction characteristics of the scaffolds is studied by using the surface fitting method based on the least-square principle. The unknown parameters in the surface fitting equation are compiled Common FORTRAN language computer program CREEPFIT. According to the calculation of the measured data of a mine, it shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the working face with time can not neglect the increment of the support. In the observation of the coal seam geological conditions and mining technology conditions, such as a coal mining cycle duration of no more than 3h, deformation of the surrounding rock caused by stent deformation resistance of about 100t. The results of this study have important reference value for the design of stent mechanical parameters and the selection of stent tonnage.
