小学生开始学习英语,就要大量记忆词汇,词汇量的多少直接决定学生听、说、读、写的技能,也直接影响学生学习英语的兴趣和爱好,词汇在英语教学中是很重要的,因为词汇是语言的三大要素之一,是语言的建筑材料,学习一种语言很大程度上可以说就是学习这种语言的词汇使用,扩大词汇量是提高学生听、说、读、写能力的前提。只有掌握了充足的词汇量,才能听懂话语和看懂他人的文章,才能畅所欲言地表达自己的思想,也才能在交际中得心应手,才能树立学习英语的
