1996年,我们按照省、市委研究室的工作思路和工委、管委对我区调研工作的要求,转变调研工作方式,积极开展决策调研,为领导当好参谋,取得了明显成效。全年撰写决策类调研文章21篇,80%以上的调研成果进入领导决策,有的还引起了上级的重视,有15篇调研文章被市委、政府以上领导机关内部刊物转发。我们的主要做法和体会是: 一、开展决策调研,必须转变工作思路,注重参谋的实效性。我们体会,搞决策调研,不能只看写了多少,发表了多少调研文章,最重要的是看进入领导决策
In 1996, in accordance with the working train of thought of the provincial and municipal research offices and the requirements of the Work Committee and the CMC on the research work in our district, we have made a lot of efforts in changing the research work style and actively conducted research and decision-making on the research and development for the leadership of the army. More than 21 research articles were written in decision-making classes throughout the year. More than 80% of the research results came into the leadership decision-making process. Some of them also attracted the attention of their superiors. Some 15 research articles were forwarded by internal publications of the leading organs of the municipal government and above. Our main practices and experiences are as follows: First, we must change our working train of thought and pay attention to the effectiveness of the staff in carrying out research on decision-making. We understand that engaged in decision-making research, can not just look how much to write, how many research articles published, the most important thing is to look into the leadership decision-making
