项目进度计划管理影响着房地产项目入市时间,关系到房地产企业投资效益转换时间,因此,应采用科学的方法和手段来控制开发项目的建设进度。以方泰小区动迁房项目为例,研究内容为:进度计划优化方法,对项目的工作分解结构、网络图绘制以及项目具体进度表的编制,用关键路径法计算出项目的完成时间,然后对关键路径分析,最后是房地产项目时间和计划管理。经过项目进度的优化,该动迁房项目工期缩短30 d。
