对金瓜贮藏期的病害种类、发病规律以及防腐保鲜技术进行了系统调查与研究。结果表明,引起贮藏期金瓜腐烂的病原菌主要是茄病镰刀菌(Fusariumsolani)和炭疽病菌(Colletotrichumlagenarium)。两者引起果实腐烂占总烂果的90%以上。8、9月份是金瓜采收后的腐烂高峰期。防治试验表明,多菌灵(Carbendazim,上海产)和“别腐烂”(,日本产)具有70%左右的防效。
The gingko disease during the storage period, the incidence of law as well as preservative preservation technology were systematically investigated and studied. The results showed that the pathogenic bacteria causing gourd decay during storage were mainly Fusarium solani and Colletotrichum lagenarium. Both cause fruit decay accounted for more than 90% of total rotten fruit. 8, September is the decay peak after gourd harvest. Control tests show that carbendazim (Shanghai) and “Do not rot” (Japan) have a control effect of about 70%.
