(一)设备改进前除渣工作存在的主要问题: 平炉的除渣工作主要是借助于炉下渣车设备来实现的。我厂投产时渣车系统的设备形式如图1所示。几年来,平炉的装入量有较大幅度的扩大,由于渣车的设计本来就存在很多的缺点,再加上生产能力年年增长,炉下渣车设备的工作就突出的成为全厂生产的薄弱环节,严重阻碍生产能力的提高。它存在的主要问题是: 1.设备事故多,经常耽误生产。表现在渣道烧焊变形,不能畅通无阻;车轮及轴瓦经常被热渣烧化和焊死;渣车的驱动牵引链条强度不足,经常破断;卷扬马达反渣车设备常因砖房倒塌,炉渣灌入而烧毁。由于事故频繁交替的出现,使渣罐的更换工作不能进行。 2.渣车为单罐,每次只能更换一个渣罐。由于设备的
