本文在简单介绍了丙烯腈生产工艺后，详细阐述了基于多元逐步回归分析的丙烯腈反应器在线优化控制的原理及其实现．实际应用结果表明，在线优化控制可以显著提高丙烯腈收率，获取巨大的经济效益．
After briefly introducing the production process of acrylonitrile, this paper elaborates on the principle and realization of on-line optimization control of acrylonitrile reactor based on multivariate stepwise regression analysis. The practical application shows that on-line optimization control can significantly improve the yield of acrylonitrile and obtain huge economic benefits.
