目的探讨护士检验前工作流程与危急值报告规范化培训及管理的效果。方法对化验标本采集的流程、危急值报告制度、处理流程规范化,并运用统一的标准对352名护士进行规范化培训,评价培训效果。结果培训后动静脉血标本采集、危急值相关理论、化验标本留取正确率、危急值知晓率、护理满意度、治疗总有效率较培训前明显提高(P<0.005)。结论对检验前工作流程与危急值报告规范化培训及管理,不仅能提升护士的病情观察能力及业务水平,而且提高了临床治疗总有效率和对临床护理的满意度,保证了护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized training and management of workflow and critical value reporting before nurse testing. Methods The procedure of collecting samples, the report system of critical value and the standardization of treatment process were applied. A total of 352 nurses were standardized to evaluate the effect of training. Results After training, the collection of arterial and venous blood samples, the related theory of critical value, the accuracy of specimen collection, the awareness of critical value, the satisfaction of nursing and the total effective rate of treatment were significantly higher than those before training (P <0.005). Conclusion The standardized training and management of pre-test work flow and critical value reporting can not only improve nurses’ ability of observation and service, but also improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and satisfaction with clinical nursing and ensure the quality of nursing.
