Liver fat deposits or fatty liver is a common abnormality in clinical work. In clinical practice, it has been found that hepatic fat deposition is closely related to type 2 diabetes (T2DM). However, it remains controversial whether hepatic fat deposition is the cause of T2DM [1-12].
