本文系统介绍了苏州河底泥疏浚工程中试的试验方案与试验过程,通过环境监测与数值模拟。进行了底泥疏浚环境影响与疏浚工艺适用性分析。中试表明,液压反铲挖泥船、抓斗反铲挖泥船施工效率较高,抓斗式挖泥船疏浚比反铲式挖泥船对水环境影响程度小;绞吸式挖泥船,由于底泥富含杂物,吸口极易堵塞,难以适用于苏州河底泥疏浚;对常规抓斗进行环保改造,显著减少疏浚过程中抓斗漏水漏土对水体水质的影响,值得推广应用。
This paper systematically introduces the pilot scheme and test process of Suzhou River sediment dredging project pilot test, through environmental monitoring and numerical simulation. The environmental impact of sediment dredging and applicability of dredging process were analyzed. Pilot tests showed that construction efficiency of hydraulic backhoe dredgers and grab-backhoe dredgers was high, and dredging dredger-dredger dredgers had less impact on water environment. Cutter suction dredgers , Because the sediment is rich in sundries and the suction mouth is very easy to block and it is difficult to apply it to the dredging of the Suzhou River sediment. It is worth to popularize and apply the environmental protection of the conventional grapples to significantly reduce the leakage of the leaking water from the grab during the dredging process .
