装岩机是矿山生产的关键设备,我矿配置有绳装岩机50余台,几乎全都是70年代投入使用的老设备,经近20余年的使用,目前故障多,经常趴窝影响生产.如全部更新按现价共需170多万元.经我们对其进行分析后认为,装岩机的上下减速机及轮组部分因每年及时维修,现状况较好,如整机报废太可惜,决定结合大修将有绳装岩机改造为性能比较先进的无绳装岩机,同时更换电控箱.
