“轨道”收香蕉新技术的广泛应用,已经成为农民提高生产效率的有效手段。由农业部投资建成的国内首个香蕉采收轨道体系开始投入使用,实现了香蕉采收包装一条龙不落地的操作。在整套的香蕉采收轨道体系中,香蕉采摘下来就被挂在园边的轨道上,在人工的牵引下送到加工场,经过落梳、清洗、修果、过秤、分级、保鲜处理等工序,最后打包装车。整个流程方便快捷,效率很高。使用了这套采收轨道系统后,不但方便了运输,而且减少香蕉外表机械损伤和挤压伤, 能保证香蕉的品质。目前已建成的轨道体系总长4000多米,除了用于香蕉采收,还可用于肥料等农资的运输。
