近几年来,井陉县进行产业结构调整,新栽植大枣14.5万亩,野生酸枣嫁接大枣200万株。但由于立地条件差,年降雨量少,管理粗放,枣的座果率高低不稳,病虫果较多,严重影响着红枣的产量和品质。该县经过反复试验,认真分析,总结出了一套适合本地的瘠薄山地大枣提质增效技术。一、土肥水科学管理 1.深翻树盘。由于山地枣园没有灌溉条件,只能靠自然降水来满足枣树生长结果的需要。因此,要在雨季前(6月中、下旬)和雨季过后(8月中、下旬)进行两次深翻树盘,深度20~30cm,雨后及时除草。
