培养应用型人才是高职院校人才培养的重要目标。如何获取更多更有利的资源是大多数资源有限的高职院校面临的一大困难,校企合作、产学研结合无疑是解决这一难题的关键。文章以河北建材职业技术学院为例,探讨了整合校企资源、建立校内外实训基地、教学与生产相结合共同培养应用型人才的多种途径。如,“两层次两阶段四途径”的顶岗实习教学模式、“三位一体”的“项目导向、任务驱动”实训课程教学模式等,注意提高师资队伍的整体水平和整合优化校内外资源,这些都为高职院校培养应用型人才提供了有益的经验。
Training Applied Talents is an Important Goal of Training Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges. How to obtain more and more favorable resources is one of the major difficulties that most higher vocational colleges that have limited resources.
