近年来,一些医院对奖金分配办法进行了一系列改革,但有些问题仍未很好地解决,一是平均分配比较普遍;二是按完成经挤指标分配,忽视社会效益;三是按出勤日分配,未考虑实续;四是透明度不高,为了克服上述弊端;完善奖金分配办法,充分发挥奖金在管理工作中的杠杆作用,我们设计了一种NQA系数计奖法。
In recent years, some hospitals have carried out a series of reforms on the distribution of bonuses, but some problems have not yet been well resolved. First, the average distribution is more common; second, the distribution of indicators for economic expansion has been completed, ignoring social benefits; and the third is by attendance day. Distribution does not take into account the factual progress; Fourth, transparency is not high, in order to overcome the above disadvantages; improve bonus distribution methods and give full play to the leverage of bonuses in management work. We have designed an NQA coefficient counting method.
