中国农业工程研究设计院于8月17～21日在北京召开了“华北平原盐碱地综合治理工程典型规划设计学术讨论座谈会”。会议围绕该院提出的《华北平原盐渍化土地综合治理工程典型规划设计类型(初稿)》、《华北平原盐碱地综合治理工程规划设计提纲(讨论稿)》和《北京市通县永乐店农场富各庄大队盐碱地综合治理工程典型规划设计报告(初稿)》进行了热烈讨论。对综合治理工程典型规划设计的类型划分、内容、编制方法及有关技术问题提出了改进意见。会议广泛地交流了盐碱地综合治理工作的经验;通过对区划与规划、科学研究与工程规划设计、工程措施
