Binhai New Area, Tianjin, as the focus of future economic development in northern China, is bound to attract the attention of all sectors of society. This article attempts to analyze the current situation and future development trend of human resources in Binhai New Area of Tianjin and explore the possible impact on Tianjin Social Security in Binhai New Area.
