血停灵冲剂临床治疗药物流产后阴道出血有明显疗效,为了探讨其确切的机理,进行了药效学研究。通过小鼠发育,小鼠、大鼠子宫收缩功能以及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿实验观察,结果表明:该冲剂在药物剂量为30g/kg组,小鼠子宫重量明显大于对照组,有促进幼年雌性小鼠子宫发育的作用;对大、小鼠子宫有兴奋作用;对二甲苯所致耳肿胀有明显抗炎作用。本研究提示血停灵冲剂治疗药物流产后阴道出血可能与其具有促进子宫发育、兴奋子宫、抗炎功能有关。
Blood Stasis Granules clinical treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion has a significant effect, in order to explore its exact mechanism, conducted a pharmacodynamic study. This study suggests that Xuebailing granules for treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion may be related to its promotion of uterine development, excitatory uterus, anti-inflammatory function.
