患者女,54岁。以“发热、盗汗,乏力、体重减轻2个月余,伴腰部胀痛不适1个月”为主诉入院。体检:无特殊。实验室检查:天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST):42 U/L,尿酸(UA):514μmol/L,甘油三酯(TG):2.54 mmol/L,高密度胆固醇(HDL-C):0.43 mmol/L,腺苷脱氨酸(ADA):43 U/L。血常规:白细胞(WBC):6.8×109/L;血红细胞(HGB):123 g/L;GRA:3.9×109/L。肾上腺皮、髓质功能检测均正常。胸部CT未见异常。B超:示双侧肾上腺占位,颈部、腋窝、腹股沟未见淋巴结肿大征象。MRI:示双侧肾上腺区椭圆形肿块,右肾上腺肿块大小
Female patient, 54 years old. To “fever, night sweats, fatigue, weight loss more than 2 months, with lumbar pain discomfort 1 month ” main complaint for admission. Physical examination: no special. Laboratory tests included aspartate aminotransferase (AST): 42 U / L, UA: 514 μmol / L, TG: 2.54 mmol / L, HDL-C: 0.43 mmol / L, adenosine (ADA): 43 U / L. Blood: white blood cells (WBC): 6.8 × 109 / L; red blood cells (HGB): 123 g / L; GRA: 3.9 × 109 / L. Adrenal, medullary function tests were normal. Chest CT no abnormalities. B-ultrasound: show bilateral adrenal space, neck, armpit, groin no signs of lymph nodes. MRI: showed bilateral adrenal oval mass, the size of the right adrenal mass
