微波技术在医学领域得到广泛应用。微波能促进染液对骨髓片的染色。特别是对一些增生活跃的白血病片更具有明显效果。原染液在染色时缺点较多,我们进行了有益的探索。 1 材料和方法 1.1仪器:YWY781A型医用微波炉(浙江临安电子器材厂),微波输出功率30—500W,可调1—8档。
