采用有限元数值模拟方法研究了超超临界机组T23水冷壁钢管焊接残余应力以及开应力槽对残余应力的影响。结果表明:T23钢管焊接接头残余应力峰值位于管道内壁的6点和12点钟方向。开应力释放槽有利于降低焊接接头的残余应力。随着开槽长度增加,管子内壁的应力值逐渐减小,但当开槽长度增加到305mm后,应力值基本不再变化。开槽位置只有距离管子较近时,钢管的应力释放效果明显。增大开槽宽度有利于管子内壁的应力释放。
The effects of residual stress and residual stress on residual stress in T23 water-cooled steel pipe of ultra-supercritical unit are studied by finite element method. The results show that the peak value of residual stress of welded joints of T23 steel pipe is in the direction of 6 o’clock and 12 o’clock on the inner wall of pipeline. Open stress relief groove helps to reduce the residual stress of welded joints. As the slot length increases, the stress on the inner wall of the pipe gradually decreases, but when the slot length increases to 305 mm, the stress value basically remains unchanged. Only when the slotted position is away from the pipe, the stress release effect of the steel pipe is obvious. Increasing the width of the groove helps to relieve the stress on the inner wall of the pipe.
