对TiMo合金进行不同温度固溶处理,研究组织演变规律、硬度随温度的变化规律及其再结晶温度。结果表明:从750℃到820℃固溶,硬度呈现降低-升高-降低的变化规律;3%的α相含量与平均晶粒尺寸31.8μm的β晶粒混合组织形态具有硬度最小值(251.8 HV5);合金的相变点为790~800℃;合金再结晶起始温度为760℃,完全再结晶温度为770℃。
The TiMo alloy was treated by solution at different temperatures to study the evolution law of the microstructure, the change law of the hardness with the temperature and the recrystallization temperature. The results show that the hardness changes from 750 ℃ to 820 ℃, and the hardness changes with decreasing-increasing-decreasing. The mixed microstructure with 3% α phase and the average grain size of 31.8μm has the lowest hardness (251.8 HV5). The transformation temperature of alloy was 790-800 ℃. The initial recrystallization temperature was 760 ℃ and the complete recrystallization temperature was 770 ℃.
