笔者对污泥管道输送的摩阻水头损失进行了计算,经对管道研究的结果,提出了远藤、金成公式(1)的方案,同时对哈曾—威廉式的方法及A氏(Abwassertechnik)(Ⅲ)的方法进行了比较,并对这三种计算法在污泥输送管道中的应用进行了分析研究。本文用从A处理厂到B处理厂的管道长约10公里的污泥输送管道求摩阻水头损失,以实测值和上述三种计算方法的计算值作了比较,指出了各计算方法的特点。同时,根据研究的结果,明确了作为污泥管道输送的摩阻水头损失的计算方法的远藤·金成式(Ⅱ)的安全性与适用性。
The author calculated the frictional head loss of the sludge pipeline transportation. After the results of the pipeline research, the formula of Endo and Jincheng formula (1) was put forward. At the same time, the Hazen-William method and A’s (Abwassertechnik) were also proposed. The methods of (III) were compared and the application of the three calculation methods in the sludge transport pipeline was analyzed. In this paper, the sludge transmission pipe from the A treatment plant to the B treatment plant with a length of about 10 km is used to determine the friction head loss. The measured values are compared with the calculated values of the above three calculation methods, and the characteristics of each calculation method are pointed out. . At the same time, based on the results of the study, the safety and suitability of Endo-Kincheng (II), which is a calculation method for frictional head loss in sludge pipe transportation, was clarified.
