我们对麻风患者治疗前后淋巴细胞的染色体畸变、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)、细胞周期动力学和分裂活性进行了研究。结果证实麻风分枝杆菌对宿主细胞基因组具有显著的诱裂作用,表现为染色体畸变率和SCE率增高,细胞周期动力学和分裂活性受到抑制。选择未经治疗的患者48例,分为少菌组(PB,包括结核样型和结核样型界限类)和多菌组(MB,包括偏瘤型界限和瘤型)。治疗开始后选择了14例(8例PB,6例MB)作随访研究。随访期间,PB患者用DDS(4,4-二氮二苯砜)加RIF(利
We investigated chromosomal aberrations, sister chromatid exchange (SCE), cell cycle kinetics and schizoaffective activity of lymphocytes in patients with leprosy before and after treatment. The results showed that Mycobacterium leprae significantly induced the host cell genome fission, manifested as an increase in chromosome aberration rate and SCE rate, cell cycle kinetics and mitotic activity was inhibited.
