教师是人类灵魂的工程师,担负着教书育人,传播人类文明,培养合格人才,提高民族素质的重任,教师的知识水平、业务能力、思想道德、心理素质如何,将直接影响到未来人们的整体素质。教师的职责是育人,自古就有“十年树木,百年树人”之说,培养人的工作关系着国家民族的未来与发展。作为在学校教育、教学第一线的教师,我始终相信:教育要面向全体学生,相信“没有教不好的学生”。在育人过程中,始终有一种观念:学生接受能力有强弱、学习进步有快慢。
