在不同浓度NaCl溶液胁迫下,研究罗布麻种子萌发及复水试验后萌发的状况。研究结果表明,溶液浓度在150mmol/L以下对罗布麻种子萌发无影响。在150~450mmol/L浓度内,种子萌发显著下降;当浓度超过450 mmol/L时,种子几乎停止萌发,不同浓度Na Cl溶液与萌发率之间呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。当解除高浓度Na Cl溶液对种子的胁迫作用之后,萌发率可达到50%以上,而且复水之后种子的萌发率加上高浓度胁迫下的萌发率可以近似达到在低浓度Na Cl胁迫下的萌发率,可得出高浓度Na Cl溶液可使罗布麻种子暂时性的休眠。
