宁波市十大外来务工明星之一、宁波维科精华家纺有限公司制品分厂二车间质量员杨晓霞,在省十一届人大一次会议上当选为全国人大代表。27岁的杨晓霞来自江西省铅山县,1998年到宁波服装七厂工作,2004年开始担任维科精华家纺公司制品分厂二车间缝工工段长,2007年9月开始担任质量员。在工作中,杨晓霞练就了一套独特的缝制技法,被誉为“市操作能手”。难能可贵的是,她把自己的操作技能毫无保留地传授给小姐妹们,先后带出徒弟400多名。2007年,她荣获宁波市劳动模范称号,
