根据金属磨除参数、犁切过渡力(Ploughing-cutting Transitional Force Intensity)、临界力(Threshold Force Intensity)、砂轮磨损参和砂轮破裂力(Wheel Breakdown Force Intensity)来叙述砂轮的磨削作用。本文讨论了在不损坏砂轮的条件下磨削不圆工件时进给速率或磨削力的选择,提出了磨完工件所需要的时间和余量;叙述了磨削和犁切区的无火花过程;并指出了改变临界力和金属磨除参数对尺寸控制的稳定性的影响。建立了说明磨削过程中的实用方程式,以作为寻求最佳磨削循坏的基础。
The grinding effect of the grinding wheel is described according to the parameters of metal grinding, plowing-cutting Transitional Force Intensity, Threshold Force Intensity, Wheel Breakdown Force Intensity. In this paper, the choice of feed rate or grinding force when grinding non-round workpieces without damaging the grinding wheel is discussed. The time and margin required for grinding finished workpieces are proposed. The non-sparking The influence of changing critical force and metal ablation parameters on the stability of dimension control is also pointed out. A practical equation describing the grinding process was established as the basis for finding the best grinding cycle.
