目的:探寻提高六味地黄口服液质量标准的研究。方法:采用HPLC法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相。马钱苷测定,流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1∶8∶4∶87);流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为236 nm;丹皮酚的测定,以甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为274 nm。结果:马钱苷和丹皮酚的线性范围分别为0.041 7~0.458 9μg、0.043 7~0.480 5μg;平均加样回收率,马钱苷为:99.47%,RSD:0.45%(n=6),丹皮酚为99.61%,RSD为1.32%。(n=6)。结论:实验表明,该方法方便快捷,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于六味地黄口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To explore the research on improving the quality standard of Liuweidihuang oral liquid. Methods: The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the stationary phase by HPLC. Determination of gentisin, the mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (1:8:4:87); the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1, the detection wavelength was 236 nm; the determination of paeonol was evaluated by Methanol-water (70:30) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1, and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges of loganin and paeonol were 0.041 7~0.458 9μg and 0.043 7~0.480 5μg, respectively. The average sample recovery was: loganin: 99.47%, RSD: 0.45% (n=6), Paeonol was 99.61% and RSD was 1.32%. (n=6). Conclusion: The experiment shows that this method is convenient, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Liuweidihuang oral liquid.
