目的探讨胎儿宫内发育迟缓的孕妇血清、脐血和羊水中心钠素水平的变化。方法采用放射免疫法测定正常足月妊娠62例(正常组)和足月妊娠IUGR38例(IUGR组)孕妇血清、脐血和羊水中心钠素的水平。结果 IUGR组孕妇脐血中心钠素水平显著下降(P<0.05),血清和羊水中心钠素水平与正常组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论心钠素分泌不足可能是IUGR发病原因之一,它对维持胎儿内环境平衡产生重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of atrial natriuretic peptide in serum, cord blood and amniotic fluid of pregnant women with intrauterine growth retardation. Methods The levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in serum of pregnant women, cord blood and amniotic fluid in 62 normal pregnant women and 38 pregnant women with term pregnancy (IUGR group) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in pregnant women with IUGR were significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in atrial natriuretic peptide between serum and amniotic fluid (P> 0.05). Conclusions Insufficient atrial natriuretic peptide production may be one of the causes of IUGR. It plays an important role in maintaining the balance of fetal environment.
