在毛主席亲自发动和领导的无产阶级文化大革命取得伟大胜利的大好形势下,在毛主席光辉的“6.26”指示11周年的时候,全军第二届针麻科研协作会议自6月8日至6月19日在济南召开。参加这次会议的有各大军区、军兵种、总部直属单位和各军医大学、兽医大学的代表,还邀请了北京中医研究院、中山大学等单位的同志参加指导。会议以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,认真学习了毛主席一系列重要指示,总结交流了自1974年全军第一次会议以来全军针麻工作的经验,听了学术报告,参观了针麻手术,制定了1976～1978年全军针麻科研协作计划。
Under the magnificent victory of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution that Chairman Mao personally initiated and led, and at the 11th anniversary of Chairman Mao’s glorious “6.26” directive, the second conference of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Scientific Research conducted by the whole army since June 8 Day to June 19 held in Jinan. Attending the meeting were representatives from various military regions, armies and branches, units under the headquarters and representatives from various military medical universities and veterinary universities. Comrades from Beijing Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhongshan University and other units were also invited to attend the conference. The meeting took the class struggle as the key link, adhered to the party’s basic line, conscientiously studied Chairman Mao’s series of important instructions, summed up and exchanged the experiences of the army in promoting acupuncture and linen work since the first meeting of the entire army in 1974, listened to academic reports and visited Acupuncture anesthesia surgery, developed a 1976-1978 Acupuncture research cooperation plan.
