对50个甘蔗品种的蔗茎性状进行测定。发现Co7707,Co7608和Co7611三个品种是有前途的,所记录的蔗茎产量高于较好的对照种Co7717。在这批材料中,所有蔗茎性状都表现出显著的变异性。其遗传力的估计数(从广义上)是大幅度的。对于每行蔗茎产量、一茎重和有效茎数的预期遗传进展也是高的。生产性栽培的甘蔗品种是复合的多倍体。这种甘蔗的杂合性和多倍体本性导致大量的遗传变异性的世代。适当的遗传变异性的存在以及可遗传与不可遗传变异的知识可用作对材料的育种价值的一个指南。用遗传进展的知识去估定其中可改进的总量是值得的。从此目的出发,进行本研究,以评价Co的甘蔗品种中蔗茎特性的各种遗传参数。
The cane characters of 50 sugarcane varieties were determined. It was found that Co7707, Co7608 and Co7611 three varieties are promising, the recorded cane yield higher than the better control Co7717. Amongst these materials, all sugarcane stem traits showed significant variability. Estimates of heritability (broadly) are substantial. The expected genetic progression of a stem weight and number of effective stems per row of cane yield is also high. Productive cultivated sugarcane varieties are complex polyploids. The heterozygosity and polyploidy of this sugarcane lead to a large generation of genetic variability. The existence of appropriate genetic variability and knowledge of heritable and non-heritable variations can be used as a guide to the breeding value of materials. It is worthwhile to use the knowledge of genetic progress to estimate the total amount that can be improved. From this purpose, the present study was conducted to evaluate various genetic parameters of the cane characteristics in Co sugarcane varieties.
