我国经济已进入新的快速增长阶段,作为国家基础设施建设和“走出去”战略主力军的施工企业,在取得长足发展的同时,也应清醒地认识到,科学技术对企业的贡献率远远低于国际先进水平,企业要取得实质性的新跨越,必须加快科学技术的传播,促进科技成果转化应用,提高企业科技水平和科学文化素质。为此,本刊开设“科技进步”栏目,旨在促进施工企业科学技术推广应用,通过分析典型案例,将施工企业开发先进施工设备和施工工法的全过程一一展现给读者。
