目的:建立同时测定黄术健胃片中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱及丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-20mmol·L-1乙酸铵溶液(用冰醋酸调pH至4.0)为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为335nm。结果:野黄芩苷的线性范围为0.05～0.26μg,r=1.0000,平均回收率为102.2%;盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.32～1.62μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率为104.1%;丹皮酚的线性范围为0.32～1.62μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱及丹皮酚的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of baicalin, berberine and paeonol in Huangzhu Jianwei tablets. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-20 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution (adjusted to pH 4.0 with glacial acetic acid) by RP-HPLC on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) ; The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1; the detection wavelength was 335nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin was 0.05-0.26μg, r = 1.0000, the average recovery was 102.2%. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.32-1.62μg, r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 104.1% The linear range of phenol was 0.32 ~ 1.62μg, r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a method for the determination of baicalin, berberine and paeonol in this preparation.
