东欧剧变后,捷摩共是中东欧地区唯一坚持不更改名称并在本国政坛保持一定影响力的政党。进入新世纪以来,由于左右翼政党的打压与排斥和自身纲领僵化,捷摩共陷入新的困境。为了探讨解决危机的对策,捷摩共在2008年5月17日召开了第七次代表大会,对党纲进行了新的修订。在所有制领域,改变了过去一味注重国家所有制的提法,强调所有制实现形式的多元化;在党的定位方面,提出寻求各个阶层利益的结合点,扩大党的社会基础。
After the drastic changes in East Europe, the Czech Republic was the only party in Central and Eastern Europe that insisted on not changing its name and maintained some influence in its own political arena. Since the beginning of the new century, due to the suppression and exclusion of the left and right wing political parties and the rigidification of their own programs, the ministry has plunged into a new predicament. In order to explore ways to solve the crisis, the Czech Republic held its seventh congress on May 17, 2008, and revised the party’s program. In the field of ownership, we changed the traditional formulation of state ownership and emphasized the diversification of the forms of ownership. In terms of party positioning, we put forward the point of seeking for the interests of all strata and expanding the party’s social foundation.
