会计工作的根本大法《会计法》，已经九届全国人大常委会第十二次会议于1999年10月对日修订通过，自2000年7月1日开始施行。这是我国会计工作乃至整个财经工作的一件大事，是完善会计法律制度的一项重要举措，它必将对加快我国会计法制化进程及社会主义市场经济秩序的完善产生?
The fundamental law of accounting, the “Accounting Law,” has been amended and passed on Japan by the twelfth meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee in October 1999 and will come into force on July 1, 2000. This is an important event in our country’s accounting work and even the entire financial and economic work. It is an important measure to perfect the legal system of accounting. It will surely speed up the process of legalization of accounting in our country and the improvement of the socialist market economic order.
