目的研究内科护理中实施分层管理对改善护理工作质量的效用。方法在常规内科护理方法的基础上对护理人员的工作经验、业务能力以及学业水平等各方面进行综合评价,实施分层管理。结果实施分层管理后由于责任制度与奖励制度的完善,患者对护理工作的满意度与护理工作质量都得到显著提升。结论内科护理中实施分层管理可以极大地调动护理人员的工作热情,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the utility of implementing stratified management in internal medicine nursing to improve the quality of nursing work. Methods Based on the routine medical nursing methods, the nursing staff’s work experience, professional ability and academic level were evaluated comprehensively and implemented in different levels. Results After the implementation of stratified management, due to the improvement of responsibility system and reward system, patients’ satisfaction with nursing work and the quality of nursing work have been significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in medical nursing can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
