水泥路面维修时会产生水泥混凝土块,如何重复利用这些旧水泥块是非常重要的问题。本文对破碎、筛分、分档后的混凝土进行再生利用,作为新路面的基层,通过试验发现:旧混凝土存在结晶水,忽略结晶水将导致最佳用水量偏大;旧混凝土的各项力学强度不亚于新集料。对再生水泥混凝土进行了配合比研究,并进行性能研究后得到如下结论:水泥稳定再生混合料具有较好的水稳定性能、抗冻性能和力学强度;和常规水稳碎石的抗压回弹模量相当;抗收缩变形性能较差。
