水稻是主要的粮食作物,也是功能基因组研究的模式植物之一。水稻功能基因组研究取得的成果为绿色超级稻的培育奠定坚实的基础。特别是分离克隆的一大批控制水稻高产、优质、抗病虫、抗逆和营养高效等重要农艺性状的基因以及建立的全基因组选择技术等,为绿色超级稻培育提供了基因资源和技术平台。简要介绍了水稻功能基因组研究和绿色超级稻培育的近期进展。
Rice is a major food crop and one of the model plants for functional genomics research. The results of rice functional genomics research laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of green super rice. In particular, a large number of clones isolated from high yield, high quality, pest resistance, disease resistance and nutrient-efficient and other important agronomic traits genes and the establishment of the whole genome selection technology, etc., for the green super rice cultivation provides a genetic resources and technology platform. The recent progresses of rice functional genomics research and green super rice cultivation are briefly introduced.
