我厂在承制大型弧面产品时,需要制作特大圆弧样板及靠模板。如,我厂承制炼钢厂板坯连铸结晶器的铜弧壁,圆弧为R600Qmm和R5846mm,需要制作靠模板(图1)。加工这些特大弧面样板及靠模板,通常采用大立车加工,或用仿形铣床加工。我厂缺乏观成设备,只能用现有设备。通过探讨、试验、采用划线—铣削—人工修磨的常规方法,加工出了合格的特大圆弧样板及靠模板。现将制作方法介绍如下: 1.下料及加工 对弧样板采用厚度为10mm钢板,由剪板机下料,然后加工周边,两平面需校平直。靠模板是通过锻造毛坯后,对所有平面进行加工,表面粗糙度达到Ra3.2各平面垂直度、平行度≤0.2mm。

The production methods are introduced as follows: 1.
