客观地说,牢骚是一种普遍存在的社会现象,牢骚无时不在,只是不同时代具体内容不同而已。因此,牢骚是杜绝不了的,相反,随着改革开放的深化,随着民主政治的建设,随着人民文化水平的提高,牢骚可能会越来越多。而且对于一般群众而言,发牢骚也是表达个人意见的一种方式,因此,“群众牢骚”不可怕,牢骚话中有“黄金”。
Objectively speaking, discontent is a ubiquitous social phenomenon. Discontent is always present, but the specific content of different times is different. Therefore, the complaints can not be stopped. On the contrary, with the deepening of the reform and opening up, with the building of democratic politics, complaints may be more and more with the improvement of people’s cultural level. And for the general public, whining is also a way of expressing personal opinions, therefore, “mass discontent” is not terrible, and there is “golden” in discord.
