政府公信力是政权合法性的基础,是公众对政府行为的评价和认可,是维护社会和谐的重要力量。文章从个案引出“政府公信力”概念及内涵,列举并分析了导致政府公信力弱化的具体原因,并针对现存问题提出提升政府公信力的若干举措,以期促进政府开展日常工作,加强与群众的沟通,提升大众对政府的满意度。
