Sponsored by the Propaganda Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee, the United Front Work Department, the Guangxi Literature and Art Federation and the Chinese Artists Association, the 10th National Exhibition of Watercolor and Pastel Works on November 30, 2012 in Nanning, Guangxi Hold.
