重庆长江钢厂最近建成投产西南地区第一家冷轧螺纹钢筋生产线。该生产线设计能力为年产4000t、φ4～5.5mm的冷轧螺纹钢筋,总投资约60万元。 冷轧螺纹钢筋是80年代国外新兴的建筑钢材,该产品具有强度高,塑性好,与混凝土的粘结力强(其握裹力比混凝土与光圆钢筋之间的握裹力大20倍),广泛用于民用建筑的楼、墙,板,以及高速公路和机场跑道,与光圆钢筋相比较,节约钢材15～25％。
Chongqing Changjiang Steel Plant recently completed the first production of cold-rolled rebar production line in southwest China. The production line design capacity of 4000t, φ4 ~ 5.5mm cold rolled steel rebar, a total investment of about 60 million. Cold-rolled rebar is the new construction steel in the 1980s. The product has high strength, good plasticity and strong adhesion to concrete (its grip strength is 20 times larger than that between concrete and smooth steel bar) , Widely used in civil buildings, walls, slabs, as well as highways and airport runways, compared with the light round steel, saving 15 to 25% of steel.
