目的掌握泉州市职业病网络直报现状,分析存在的问题,进一步规范职报工作和提高职报质量,为制定对策提供科学依据。方法对泉州市各县(市、区)填报单位的职报管理工作及2012年职业病网络直报系统中各类报告卡的质量进行评估。结果 (1)职业病网络直报开展率100%,职报人员培训率61.5%,纸质报告卡建档率38.2%;(2)各类报告卡及时率和审核通过率分别为99.3%和97.8%,总漏报率为14.6%,其中作业场所职业病危害因素监测卡漏报率最高,为21.7%,其次为健康监护报告卡,漏报率为4.2%,而职业病报告卡、尘肺病报告卡无漏报情况。结论泉州市职业病网络直报工作逐步规范,但仍存在漏报、迟报现象。必须加强领导,加强职报队伍建设,增强职报人员的岗位责任意识,逐步完善网络直报管理体制,提高数据的利用价值。
Objective To grasp the status quo of direct reporting of occupational diseases network in Quanzhou, analyze the existing problems, further standardize the work of ethics and improve the quality of professional posters, and provide a scientific basis for making countermeasures. Methods To evaluate the quality of all kinds of report cards in reporting units of all counties (cities and districts) in Quanzhou and the reporting network of occupational diseases in 2012. Results (1) The rate of direct reporting of occupational diseases was 100%, that of vocational staff was 61.5%, and that of paper report card was 38.2%. (2) The rate of timely reporting and approval of various reports was 99.3% and 97.8 respectively %, With a total false negative rate of 14.6%. Occupational disease hazard monitoring card in workplace was the highest, accounting for 21.7%, followed by health monitoring report card, with a false negative rate of 4.2%. Occupational disease report card and pneumoconiosis report card No omission reported situation. Conclusion Quanzhou occupational disease network direct reporting work gradually standardized, but there are still underreported, late reported phenomenon. It is necessary to strengthen leadership, strengthen the construction of the ranks of professional staff, and enhance the awareness of job responsibilities for career staff, and gradually improve the management system of direct reports on the network to enhance the value of data utilization.
