一、体育课堂常规的概念《现代汉语》对“常规”一词的解释有两种,一是沿袭下来就尝试性的规矩;二是医学上称经常使用的处理方法。结合各类资料,体育课堂常规的定义是:在体育课上教师和学生都要遵守的“行为规范”。这些“行为规范”是广大体育教师经过长期的体育教学实践,不断总结出来的经验,是为了提高教学质量而采取的保证体育课顺利进行的程序性工作。二、体育课堂常规包涵的内容★课前常规1.教师课前的常规(1)教师课前的备课和编写教案:认真备课,写好教案。备课时,要备课程目标;备教材重点、难点;备教学对象;备场地器材;备
