目的:总结陈玉超辨治中晚期大肠癌的中医辨证及方药规律.方法:收集陈玉超教授2015年9月至2016年9月门诊首次辨治中晚期大肠癌验案100例.通过频次及频率分析总结中医辨证和方药特色.对所选验案的药物、中医证型及方剂进行统计归类,总结各药物、中医证型及方剂出现的频次及所占比例.结果:用药共186味,按功能归为22类,进一步合并为19大类.补虚、清热、利水渗湿药和活血祛瘀药使用频次最多(61.59％);大肠癌证型共计3大类10小类,其中,正虚类最多(63.00％),邪实类次之(21.00％),虚实夹杂类第3(16.00％);运用方剂共计136首,其中成方110首,自拟方26首.补益剂、理血剂、泻下剂运用较多(66.36％).结论:陈玉超辨治中晚期大肠癌重视脾肾,固本培元;清热利湿,化瘀散结;益气养阴,解毒抗癌;提壶揭盖,宣肺顺肠.“,”Objective:To summary CHEN Yu-chao's treatment in advanced colorectal cancer about the rules of TCM syndrome Types and Prescription-Drugs.Methods:CHEN Yu-chao's 100 clinic cases from September 2015 to September 2016 for the first time in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer have been collected,to analyze and summarize the characteristic in treating advanced colorectal cancer about TCM syndrome Types and prescription-Drugs based on the frequency.Medicine,TCM Syndrome Types and prescriptions of the selected cases have been classified to summarize their frequency and proportion.Results:A tatal of 186 Chinese traditional medicine have been used,and were classified into 22 categories according to their functions,and they were further merged into 19 categories.The most widely used types are the tonic medicine,antipyretic,the drug benefit Wetting removal of water and blood stasis removing drugs,which proportion were 61.59％.There were 3 categories and 10 types for the colorectal cancer's TCM syndrome Types.Among them,type of weakened body resistance was the most,which count in 63％,followed by state of evil domination,which was 21％,and then the intermingled deficiency and excess,which was 16％.The amount of total prescriptions were 136,110 of them were set prescriptions and 26 of them were self-prescriptions.The most frequently used prescriptions were tonifying recipes,blood-regulating recipes and purgative drugs prescriptions,which proportion were 66.36％.Conclusion:Professor Chen's diagnosis characteristic was emphasized on the spleen and kidney,Corporeity,clear heat and disnhibit dampness,removing stasis and dissipating knot,boost qi and nourish yin,detoxification and anticancer,ti hu jie gai,xuan fei shun chang.
