全国飞播造林工作汇报会于1982年8月31日至9月9日在北京市昌平县举行。会议分南方、北方两片召开。出席会议的有22个省(区)市和林业部有关司、局,中国林科院及航空部门的代表,共42人。会议由林业部造林经营司主持,林业部副部长董志勇同志到会讲了话。会议期间,各省(区)市分别汇报了飞播情况,交流了技术经验;讨论并研究了今后飞播工作中应注意的问题和如何管好用好飞播造林补助款;修改并落实了《飞机播种造林技术规程》和1983年全国飞播造林任务。
The national report on aerial planting and afforestation was held in Changping County, Beijing from August 31 to September 9, 1982. The meeting points south, two were held in the north. Twenty-two provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) attended the meeting and 42 representatives from the relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Forestry, the Chinese Academy of Forestry and aviation departments. The meeting was presided over by the Afforestation Management Division of the Ministry of Forestry and Comrade Dong Zhiyong, vice minister of forestry, addressed the meeting. During the meeting, the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) respectively reported the situation of air-to-air broadcasting and exchanged their technical experiences; discussed and studied issues that should be paid attention to in future air-raid operations and how to manage and make good use of the air-to-air sowing afforestation subsidies; revised and implemented the “ Technical Regulations ”and the 1983 national airplanes afforestation mission.
