目的 :研究补肾益气养血复方中药地甘口服液对辐射损伤小鼠胸腺、脾脏基质细胞形成的影响。方法 :小鼠接受 60 Coγ射线 6Gy照射后 ,立即给予地甘口服液灌服治疗 ,每日 2次 (每次 0 .5～ 0 .6m l) ,连续 7日 ,第 8日无菌状态下取胸腺及脾脏制成单细胞悬液。取一定浓度细胞分别进行培养 ,定期观察生长情况 ,并于第 14日计数其基质细胞集落形成单位。结果 :辐射损伤组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏培养的基质细胞集落数 (分别为7.619± 1.3 40和 3 .4 5 0± 0 .915 )均明显低于正常组 (分别为 17.3 2 0± 1.875和 8.0 0 0± 0 .966) ,P均 <0 .0 1,地甘口服液组小鼠胸腺和脾脏的基质细胞集落数 ( 14 .74 0± 1.0 13和 6.3 61± 0 .819)虽较正常组低 ( P均 <0 .0 1) ,但仍明显高于辐射损伤组 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :地甘口服液能增强辐射损伤小鼠胸腺、脾脏基质细胞的形成。
Objective : To study the effect of kidney-reinvigorating and nourishing compound Chinese medicine dike oral liquid on the formation of thymic and splenic stromal cells in irradiated mice. METHODS: Mice were treated with 60 Co γ-irradiation with 6 Gy, and immediately given Di Gan Oral Solution, 2 times a day (each time 0.5 to 0.6 ml), on the 7th and 8th days of asepsis. Take thymus and spleen to make a single cell suspension. Take a certain concentration of cells for culture, observe growth regularly, and count their stromal cell colony forming units on the 14th day. RESULTS: The number of stromal cell colonies cultured in the thymus and spleen of mice in the radiation-injured group (7.619±1.340 and 3.45±0.019, respectively) was significantly lower than that in the normal group (17.30% and 1.875, respectively). 8.0 0 0 ± 0 .966), P <0.01, 1. Conclusion : Digan oral liquid can enhance the formation of thymic and splenic stromal cells in irradiated mice.
