从刀盘扭矩的组成分析了盾构机刀盘被加固土体困住的原因。从处理过程的工况变化中,判断刀盘困住是由于经过刀盘磨削而成细粒粉状的水泥二次水化紧密充填刀盘侧面的建筑空隙,长时间停机固结后对刀盘侧面产生较大抗剪扭矩所致。基于抗剪扭矩采取解除刀盘侧面正上方加固土体约束、置换刀盘正前方加固土体和盾构边推出加固区边转刀盘等措施成功解决了刀盘被加固土困住的难题。所取得的工程经验与教训可为今后处理类似刀盘被困问题提供了工程参考意义。
